  On page 2 of the printed bill, after line 18, insert:
  ' (d) Address academic requirements and regulatory barriers
that inhibit successful movement of students in career and
technical education from high schools to post-secondary school
programs and the workforce.'.
  In line 19, delete '(d)' and insert '(e)'.
  In line 21, delete '(e)' and insert '(f)'.
  In line 24, delete '(f)' and insert '(g)'.
