Removes requirement that proposed site certificate for nuclear-fueled thermal power plant be submitted to electors of this state for approval or rejection. Refers Act to people for their approval or rejection at next regular general election.

Relating to nuclear-fueled thermal power plants; providing that this Act shall be referred to the people for their approval or rejection.
