Summary

Allows individuals and employers on behalf of employees to enroll in state medical assistance program upon payment of premiums prescribed by Oregon Health Authority by rule. Requires authority to maintain online application and prescribe enrollment procedures. Allows enrollees to choose to enroll in coordinated care organization or receive services paid on fee-for-service basis.
