To enact section 5.2289 of the Revised Code to 1
designate the first week in October as 2
"Nonviolence Week."3


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1.  That section 5.2289 of the Revised Code be 4
enacted to read as follows:5

       Sec. 5.2289.  The first full week of October is designated 6
"Nonviolence Week."7
