BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.791 of the Revised Code be | 6 |
enacted to read as follows: | 7 |
Sec. 5533.791. In addition to the designations of the road | 8 |
known as state route number four in sections 5533.14 and 5533.79 | 9 |
of the Revised Code, that portion of state route number four, | 10 |
running in a northerly and southerly direction within the | 11 |
municipal corporation of Fairfield only, commencing at its | 12 |
intersection with south Gilmore road in the south and proceeding | 13 |
in a northerly direction to its intersection with Symmes road in | 14 |
the north, shall be known as the "Lance Corporal Taylor Prazynski | 15 |
Memorial Highway." | 16 |
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 17 |
along the highway indicating its name. | 18 |
