BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.763 of the Revised Code be | 5 |
enacted to read as follows: | 6 |
Sec. 5533.763. That portion of the road known as United | 7 |
States route sixty-two, commencing in the village of Millwood in | 8 |
Knox county and extending in a northeasterly direction to the | 9 |
boundary of Knox and Holmes counties, shall be known as the "Army | 10 |
Staff Sgt. Shamus O. Goare Memorial Highway." | 11 |
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 12 |
along the highway indicating its name. | 13 |
