To enact section 5.251 of the Revised Code to 1
designate October 16 as "Dravet Syndrome Awareness 2
Day."3


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That section 5.251 of the Revised Code be enacted 4
to read as follows:5

       Sec. 5.251. The sixteenth day of October is designated as 6
"Dravet Syndrome Awareness Day" to increase public awareness and 7
understanding of this form of epilepsy that is also known as 8
severe myoclonic epilepsy of infancy.9
