Bill Title: Directs the commissioner of the office of alcoholism and substance abuse services to collect data on the number of facilities sited and operating within each jurisdiction of each community board; make such data available on the office's website, updated as needed to maintain an accurate dataset; and consider such data in the course of the approval of the establishment, incorporation and certification of providers of substance use disorder services.
