Bill Title: Provides that if a practitioner shall find no disability while performing an independent medical examination then such practitioner, or another member of a preferred provider organization or managed care provider to which the practitioner belongs is not eligible to perform any subsequent independent medical examination of the claimant for the original claim or any new claim.
