        AN  ACT  to  amend  the  Suffolk county tax act, in relation to sales of
          certain property made to the Suffolk County Landbank Corporation
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section  1.  Chapter  311 of the laws of 1920 constituting the Suffolk
     2  county tax act is amended by adding  a  new  section  46-a  to  read  as
     3  follows:
     4    § 46-a. Notwithstanding any provision of this act to the contrary, the
     5  county  may  convey property or tax liens to the Suffolk County Landbank
     6  Corporation pursuant to article 16 of the not-for-profit corporation law
     7  for such consideration and on terms and conditions as the county and the
     8  landbank may determine.
     9    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
