       Introduced  by  Sen.  FARLEY -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
         printed to be committed to the Committee  on  Judiciary  --  committee
         discharged, bill amended, ordered reprinted as amended and recommitted
         to said committee
       AN  ACT  to amend the uniform city court act, in relation to authorizing
         evening court hours
         THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section  1.    The  uniform  city court act is amended by adding a new
    2  section 2105 to read as follows:
    3  S 2105. HOLDING OF COURT.
    4    A CITY WHICH HOSTS A CITY COURT GOVERNED BY THIS ACT IS AUTHORIZED  TO
    5  KEEP ITS COURT FACILITIES OPEN IN THE EVENING WHERE COURT ADMINISTRATORS
    6  DETERMINE THAT THE COURT SHOULD SCHEDULE NIGHT SESSIONS.
    7    S  2.  This  act shall take effect on the ninetieth day after it shall
    8  have become a law.
