        Introduced  by  Sen.  LITTLE -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be committed to the Committee on Investigations and Govern-
          ment Operations
        AN ACT to amend chapter 121 of the laws of 2015, amending the Indian law
          relating to the jurisdiction of the St. Regis Mohawk tribal police, in
          relation to extending the effectiveness thereof
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section  1. Section 2 of chapter 121 of the laws of 2015, amending the
     2  Indian law relating to the jurisdiction of the St. Regis  Mohawk  tribal
     3  police, is amended to read as follows:
     4    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall remain in effect
     5  until  September  1,  [2017]  2019 when upon such date the provisions of
     6  this act shall expire and be deemed repealed.
     7    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
         EXPLANATION--Matter in italics (underscored) is new; matter in brackets
                              [ ] is old law to be omitted.
