       AN ACT to amend the public health law,  in  relation  to  directing  the
         Medicaid inspector general to publish in electronic form, all adminis-
         trative  law decisions resulting from an appeal of an action by his or
         her office
         THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section  1. Section 32 of the public health law is amended by adding a
    2  new subdivision 6-a to read as follows:
    3    6-A. TO MAKE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC, IN ELECTRONIC FORM, AND  PUBLISH
    4  ON  THE  OFFICE'S  INTERNET WEBSITE, THE FINDINGS OF EACH ADMINISTRATIVE
    5  LAW DECISION RESULTING FROM  AN  APPEAL  OF  AN  ACTION  BY  THE  OFFICE
    6  CONDUCTED  PURSUANT TO THIS TITLE. SUCH FINDINGS SHALL BE MADE AVAILABLE
    7  AND PUBLISHED WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF THEIR ISSUANCE.
    8    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
