        AN ACT to amend a chapter of the laws  of  2023  amending  the  business
          corporation law, the partnership law and the limited liability company
          law  relating to certified public accountants, as proposed in legisla-
          tive bills numbers S. 2473-A and A.  4189, in relation to  the  effec-
          tiveness thereof

          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section 1. Section 13 of a chapter of the laws of  2023  amending  the
     2  business  corporation law, the partnership law and the limited liability
     3  company law relating to certified public  accountants,  as  proposed  in
     4  legislative  bills  numbers S. 2473-A and A. 4189, is amended to read as
     5  follows:
     6    § 13. This act shall take effect [immediately]  six  months  after  it
     7  shall  have become a law. Effective immediately, the addition, amendment
     8  and/or repeal of any rule or regulation necessary for the implementation
     9  of this act on  its  effective  date  are  authorized  to  be  made  and
    10  completed on or before such date.
    11    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
