Subdivisions 3 and 7 of section 2.15 of the criminal proce- 2 dure law, subdivision 3 as amended by chapter 522 of the laws of 1995, 3 subdivision 7 as amended by chapter 68 of the laws of 1983, are amended 4 to read as follows: 5 3. Immigration and [Naturalization Service immigration inspectors,] 6 CUSTOMS ENFORCEMENT special agents, [patrol] DEPORTATION officers, and 7 DETENTION AND deportation officers. 8 7. United States Customs [Service special] AND BORDER PROTECTION 9 OFFICERS AND UNITED STATES CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION BORDER PATROL 10 agents[, inspectors and patrol officers]. 11 S 2.
