SCHIMEL -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Education AN ACT to amend subpart F of part C of chapter 97 of the laws of 2011 amending the education law relating to census reporting, in relation to making permanent certain provisions authorizing a school district to provide student transportation based upon patterns of actual rider- ship THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: 1 Section 1. Section 26 of subpart F of part C of chapter 97 of the laws 2 of 2011 amending the education law relating to census reporting, is 3 amended to read as follows: 4 S 26. This act shall take effect immediately provided, however, [that 5 the provisions of section three of this act shall expire June 30, 2014 6 when upon such date the provisions of such section shall be deemed 7 repealed; provided, further] that the provisions of sections eight, 8 eleven, twelve, thirteen and twenty of this act shall expire July 1, 9 2014 when upon such date the provisions of such sections shall be deemed 10 repealed. 11 S 2.
