       AN  ACT  to  amend subpart F of part C of chapter 97 of the laws of 2011
         amending the education law relating to census reporting,  in  relation
         to  extending  certain  provisions  authorizing  a  school district to
         provide student transportation based upon patterns of actual ridership
         THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section 1. Section 26 of subpart F of part C of chapter 97 of the laws
    2  of  2011  amending  the  education  law relating to census reporting, is
    3  amended to read as follows:
    4    S 26. This act shall take effect immediately provided,  however,  that
    5  the provisions of section three of this act shall expire [June 30, 2014]
    6  JANUARY 1, 2019 when upon such date the provisions of such section shall
    7  be  deemed  repealed;  provided, further that the provisions of sections
    8  eight, eleven, twelve, thirteen and twenty of this act shall expire July
    9  1, 2014 when upon such date the provisions of  such  sections  shall  be
   10  deemed repealed.
   11    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
