For the state fiscal year beginning April 1, 2013, the 2 office of parks, recreation and historic preservation is hereby author- 3 ized and directed to operate and maintain all state parks and state 4 historic sites under such office's jurisdiction pursuant to the same 5 seasons of operation, and at least the same hours of operation, service 6 levels, and public access to facilities as were implemented at the 7 beginning of the fiscal year that ended March 31, 2010. 8 S 2.
