        AN ACT to amend the public health law, in relation to  providing  educa-
          tion and outreach programs related to home visiting programs

          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section 1. Subdivision 1 of section 207 of the public  health  law  is
     2  amended by adding a new paragraph (p) to read as follows:
     3    (p) Home visiting programs that meet the criteria established pursuant
     4  to  42  U.S.C. 711. Such information shall include but not be limited to
     5  services available from such programs, eligibility, and relevant contact
     6  information.
     7    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
