DUPREY, MARKEY, McKEVITT, McLAUGHLIN, RODRIGUEZ -- -- read once and referred to the Committee on Health AN ACT to amend the public health law, in relation to establishing certain substances as banned substances THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: 1 Section 1. Subdivision (d) of schedule I of section 3306 of the public 2 health law is amended by adding four new paragraphs 33, 34, 35 and 36 to 3 read as follows: 4 (33) N-(2-METHOXYBENZYL)-2, 5-DIMETHOXY-4-IODOPHENETHYLAMINE, ALSO 5 KNOWN AS 251-NBOME, 2C-1-NBOME; CIMBI-5, ITS OPTICAL ISOMERS, SALTS AND 6 SALTS OF ISOMERS. 7 (34) 2,5-DIMETHOXY-4-IODOPHENETHYLAMINE (2C-1), ITS OPTICAL ISOMERS, 8 SALTS AND SALTS OF ISOMERS. 9 (35) 2-(4-CHLORO-2,5-DIMETHOXYPHENYL)-N-(2-METHOXYBENZYL)ETHANAMINE, 10 ALSO KNOWN AS, 25 CNBOME; 2C-C-NBOME; 25C; CIMBI-82, ITS OPTICAL, POSI- 11 TIONAL, AND GEOMETRIC ISOMERS, SALTS AND SALTS OF ISOMERS. 12 (36) 2-(4-BROMO-2,5-DIMETHOXYPHENYL)-N-(2-METHOXYBENZYL)ETHANAMINE, 13 ALSO KNOWN AS, 25 BNBOME; 2C-B-NBOME; CIMBI-36, ITS OPTICAL, POSITIONAL, 14 AND GEOMETRIC ISOMERS, SALTS AND SALTS OF ISOMERS. 15 S 2.
