Bill Title: Enacts the "Syracuse regional airport authority design-build act" allowing for the Syracuse regional airport authority to enter into a design-build contract for the installation, construction, demolition, reconstruction, excavation, rehabilitation, repair, and renovation in connection with a landside improvement project, terminal operational enhancement and aircraft deicing facility located in the towns of Cicero, De Witt and Salina at the Syracuse Hancock International Airport.
