Bill Title: Provides that a marriage license shall be accepted by a town or city clerk only if each applicant has been given an examination, including a standard serological test, for the discovery of a sexually transmissible disease including AIDS; provides further that a positive test result by either or both applicants shall not result in a denial of acceptance of such application by such town or city clerk; provides for judicial order to waive such requirements because of emergency or other causes requires strict confidentiality.
