Summary

This bill will authorize the County of Ontario to extend the expiration of the current sales and compensating use tax until November 30, 2011, and also increase the sales and compen- sating use tax three-eighths of one percent additional to the current rate for the period beginning March first, two thousand nine and ending November thirtieth, two thousand eleven.
