STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four
AN ACT relative to trustees of the university system.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Trustees of University System. RSA 187-A:13, III is repealed and reenacted to read as follows:
III.(a) Three members shall be student trustees, one from each of the following educational institutions:
(1) Keene state college.
(2) Plymouth state university.
(3) The university of New Hampshire.
(b) Two of the student trustees shall serve as voting members. The university system board of trustees shall determine the policies governing the election, term, and rotation of the voting members.
2 Repeal. RSA 187-A:13, VII, relative to election of a member of the university system board of trustees by alumni of Granite state college, is repealed.
3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
