STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen
AN ACT relative to statutes governing the security force at the New Hampshire technical institute.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. The following are repealed:
I. RSA 188-F:33, relative to the New Hampshire technical institute security force.
II. RSA 188-F:34, relative to the authority of the New Hampshire technical institute security force.
III. RSA 188-F:35, relative to training required for the New Hampshire technical institute security force.
IV. RSA 188-F:36, relative to retirement system membership for the New Hampshire technical institute security force.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
