HOUSE BILL 1441
AN ACT removing the requirement for the reporting of incidents by emergency medical services providers and units.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twelve
AN ACT removing the requirement for the reporting of incidents by emergency medical services providers and units.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; Medical Services; Incident Reports Not Required. Amend RSA 153-A by inserting after section 11 the following new section:
153-A:11-a Incident Reports Not Required. No emergency medical services provider or unit shall be required to file incident reports with the division.
2 Repeal. RSA 153-A:20, IV, relative to reporting by emergency medical service units and maintenance of patient records, is repealed.
3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
