A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to repeal the requirement that the division of criminal statistics collect traffic law statistics.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  G.S. 114‑10.01 is repealed.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
