SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 785

 

 

A JOINT RESOLUTION to recall from the enrolling clerk house bill 809 which has already been ratified but not delivered to the governor .

 

Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring:

 

SECTION 1.  House Bill 809 was ratified on June 15, 2011, but has not been delivered to the Governor. In accordance with G.S. 120‑33(d2), the bill is recalled from the Enrolling Clerk, who shall return it to the Senate for further consideration. The ratification is stricken.

SECTION 2.  This resolution is effective upon ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified this the 16^th day of June, 2011.
