A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to appoint members to the State Health Plan Administrative Commission upon the recommendation of the President Pro Tempore of the Senate.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to G.S. 135‑43.2(a)(2) and effective July 1, 2010, Jason A. Carter of Forsyth County and Alan Koontz of Forsyth County are appointed to the State Health Plan Administrative Commission for terms expiring on June 30, 2012.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
