AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 73-25-13, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH PROVIDES THAT EVERY PERSON WHO RECEIVES A LICENSE TO PRACTICE MEDICINE MUST FILE IT IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE COUNTY IN WHICH HE RESIDES OR PRACTICES WITHIN 60 DAYS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  Section 73-25-13, Mississippi Code of 1972, which provides that every person who receives a license to practice medicine must file it in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which he resides or practices within sixty (60) days from the date of issuance, is repealed.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
