AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 37-113-37, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH REQUIRES THE ADMINISTRATIVE LEADERSHIP OF ALL STATE INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER LEARNING OWNING LIVESTOCK TO FILE A QUARTERLY INVENTORY REPORT OF ALL LIVESTOCK OWNED AND USED BY THE INSTITUTION WITH THE MISSISSIPPI STATE UNIVERSITY EXTENSION SERVICE; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  Section 37-113-37, Mississippi Code of 1972, which requires the administrative leadership of all state institutions of higher learning owning livestock to file a quarterly inventory report of all livestock owned and used by the institution with the Mississippi State University Extension Service, is hereby repealed.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2022.
