AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF TALLAHATCHIE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO MAKE AN ANNUAL CONTRIBUTION TO MID-STATE OPPORTUNITY, INC.; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Tallahatchie County, Mississippi, may, in its discretion, contribute from any available county fund, an annual amount not to exceed Twenty Four Thousand Dollars ($24,000.00) during calendar years 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 to Mid-State Opportunity, Inc., a community action agency serving Tallahatchie County.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
