An Act To Amend Section 57-26-1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Reduce The Amount That Must Be Invested In Each Guest Room Of Certain Full-service Hotel Projects In Order To Qualify For The Tourism Project Sales Tax Incentive Program; To Amend Section 57-26-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Extend Until July 1, 2019, The Period Of Time During Which Certificates Of Participation May Be Issued To An Approved Participant In The Tourism Project Sales Tax Incentive Program; And For Related Purposes.
