Summary

An Act To Amend Sections 37-106-29 And 37-106-31, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Eligibility For Renewal Of A Mississippi Resident Tuition Assistance Grant Or A Mississippi Eminent Scholars Grant Shall Be Determined Automatically By The University Or College Without The Necessity Of A Reapplication By The Student; And For Related Purposes.
