Summary

An Act To Create A Special Fund In The State Treasury Designated As The "highway Patrol Trooper Training Fund"; To Provide That The Money In The Fund Shall Be Used By The Department Of Public Safety, Upon Appropriation By The Legislature, To Conduct A Highway Patrol Training School When There Is Sufficient Money In The Fund To Conduct Such A Class; To Amend Section 63-13-11, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That A Portion Of The Fee Collected From The Issuance Of A Motor Vehicle Certificate Of Inspection Shall Be Deposited Into Such Fund; To Amend Section 63-7-59, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That A Portion Of The Fee Collected Upon The Issuance Of Motor Vehicle Window Tint Inspection Labels Shall Be Deposited Into Such Fund; And For Related Purposes.
