Summary

An Act To Authorize An Income Tax Credit For Costs Incurred In The Building Of Storm Shelters Or Safe Rooms For Multifamily Residential Construction; To Set Individual And Aggregate Limits For The Credit; To Allow The Amount Of The Credit In Excess Of The Taxpayer's Tax Liability In A Tax Year To Be Carried Forward For Five Tax Years, Or Alternatively, To Allow The Taxpayer To Claim A Refund In The Amount Of 75% Of The Excess Credit; And For Related Purposes.
