To Provide For The Disposition Of The Additional Fees Collected; To Amend Section 27-19-56.15, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Authorizes The Issuance Of Distinctive Motor Vehicle License Tags That Display The Emblems Of Universities Located In Other States, To Revise The Distribution Of Fees Collected From The Issuance Of Distinctive License Tags Displaying The Emblem Of The University Of Alabama; To Provide That The Fee Collected From Such Distinctive License Tags Shall Be Distributed To Friends Of Children's Hospital; To Provide That Fees Collected From The Issuance Of Distinctive License Tags Displaying The Emblem Of The University Of South Alabama Shall Be Deposited Into The Mississippi Trauma Care Systems Fund; To Extend The Period Of Time During Which The Provisions Of Section 27-19-44 Must Be Satisfied For Such University License Tags; To Amend Section 27-19-56.94, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The Distribution Of Certain Monies Collected From The Issuance Of Distinctive License Tags In Appreciation Of Blues Music To The Mississippi Blues Foundation; To Amend Section 27-19-56.190, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That A Portion Of The Additional Fee That Is Distributed To The Mississippi Athletic Commission From The Purchase Of The Distinctive License Tag In Support Of Boxing May Be Used By The Commission For Its Official Use; To Amend Section 27-19-56.20, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Reauthorize The Issuance Of Distinctive Motor Vehicle License Tags To Members Of Civitan International; To Amend Section 27-19-56.97, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Reauthorize The Issuance Of Distinctive Motor Vehicle License Tags To Supporters Of The American Cancer Society; To Amend Section 27-19-56.141, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Reauthorize The Issuance Of Distinctive Motor Vehicle License Tags To Supporters Of The Mississippi Sids Alliance; To Amend Section 27-19-56.161, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Reauthorize The Issuance Of Distinctive Motor Vehicle License Tags To Supporters Of The Clinton Community Nature Center; To Amend Section 27-19-44, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform To The Provisions Of This Act; To Amend Section 27-19-31, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Remove The Provision That Requires All Distinctive Motor Vehicle License Tags Authorized And/or Renewed After July 1, 2010, To Have A County Designation Referencing The Name Of The County In Which The Vehicle Is Registered; And For Related Purposes.
