Summary

An Act To Amend Section 43-13-117, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That From And After October 1, 2022, The Division Of Medicaid Shall Establish And Implement A Separate Managed Care Program Or Coordinated Care Program For Dental Services And Dental Services Providers; To Provide That After The Separate Program Has Been Implemented, Dental Services And Dental Services Providers Shall Not Be Part Of Any Other Managed Care Program Or Coordinated Care Program Administered By The Division; And For Related Purposes.
