Summary

An Act To Amend Section 3-3-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Twenty-sixth Day Of August (women's Day) Shall Be Declared To Be A Legal Holiday; To Clarify That When A Legal Holiday Falls On A Saturday Or Sunday, Then The Next Following Monday, Or Other Day Fixed By Proclamation Of The Governor As The Day To Celebrate The Holiday, Shall Be A Legal Holiday; And For Related Purposes.
