Summary

An Act To Require Each Local School Board Of A Public School District To Adopt A Policy To Allow The School Cafeterias To Donate Food That Has Been Frozen, Properly Preserved For Human Consumption Or Any Surplus Food Items Prepared In The Course Of The Cafeteria's Daily Breakfast And Lunch To Local Charitable Organizations; To Require The Executive Director Of The Receiving Charitable Organization To Agree To A Waiver Of Liability In Favor Of The Local School Board And The Donating School Cafeteria; And For Related Purposes.
