Summary

An Act To Authorize The Board Of Supervisors Of Lowndes County, Mississippi, To Contribute Funds To Any Public Utility Or Association Operating Within The County For Purposes Of Expanding Or Repairing Water And Sewer Infrastructure; To Provide That Such Contribution May Be Made By Utilizing Certain Local Fiscal Recovery Funds That Have Been Received By The County Through The American Rescue Plan Act; And For Related Purposes.
