Summary

An Act To Amend Sections 27-13-5 And 27-13-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That For Tax Years Beginning On Or After January 1, 2017, There Shall Be No Corporation Franchise Tax Levied On The Value Of Capital Used, Invested Or Employed By A Corporation In This State; To Repeal, Effective January 1, 2018, Sections 27-13-1 Through 27-13-67, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Are The Corporation Franchise Tax Law; And For Related Purposes.
