An Act To Amend Sections 25-3-25, 9-1-43, 25-3-3, 25-3-9, 25-7-37, And 41-61-59, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Prohibit Any Sheriff, Circuit Or Chancery Clerk, County Prosecuting Attorney, Tax Assessor Or Tax Collector, County Surveyor Or County Chief Medical Examiner From Receiving Additional Compensation, Which Is Outside Of What Is Statutorily Prescribed, For Any Separate Employment That Is Compatible With The Duties Of The Offices Of Such Elected Countywide Offices; And For Related Purposes.
