Summary
An Act To Require Domestic And Foreign Nonprofit Corporations To File An Annual Report With The Secretary Of State Providing Certain Specified Information, Including Whether The Corporation Has Received Public Funds From A Governmental Entity; To Amend Sections 79-11-107 Through 79-11-387, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity To The Provisions Of This Act; To Bring Forward Section 79-11-391, Which Requires Nonprofit Corporations To File A Status Report Upon Request Of The Secretary Of State, For Purposes Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
