Summary
An Act To Authorize The Board Of Supervisors Of Hinds County, Mississippi, To Levy An Assessment, In Addition To Any Other Assessments And Court Costs, For Convictions And/or Nonadjudications Obtained In Its Justice, Circuit And County Courts; To Provide That Such Assessment Shall Be Used To Fund Upgrades To Certain Pre-trial Detention Facilities In The County And To Make Necessary Repairs And Improvements To The County Courthouses; And For Related Purposes.
