Summary

An Act To Provide That The State Of Mississippi Shall Provide Funds By Legislative Appropriation Or From Any Other Source, In The Amount Equal To 50% Of Ad Valorem Taxes That Would Otherwise Be Due Each Year On All State-owned Property Within The City Limits Of The City Of Jackson; To Provide That The Purpose Of Such Appropriation Shall Be To Defray Increased Infrastructure And Public Safety Costs Incurred By The City Of Jackson As A Result Of The City Being The Seat Of State Government; And For Related Purposes.
