Summary

An Act To Amend Section 41-7-191, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Direct The State Department Of Health To Issue A Certificate Of Need For The New Construction Or Conversion Of Additional Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility Beds To A Privately Owned, Nonprofit Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility Operating In Hinds County; To Provide That The Beds Shall Be Dedicated To The Treatment Of Children Younger Than Fourteen Years Of Age And Children Who Have Been Diagnosed With Autism Spectrum Requiring Psychiatric Residential Treatment Services; And For Related Purposes.
