An Act To Amend Sections 47-5-1211 And 47-5-1213, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Order To Provide For The Department Of Corrections To Contract With Private Entities For The Operation, Maintenance, Construction, Purchase And/or Lease Of Facilities For A Term Not To Exceed 20 Years; And For Related Purposes.
