AN ACT

To amend chapter 81, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to right-of-way and easement maintenance fees.




Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:


            Section A. Chapter 81, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 81.300, to read as follows:

            81.300. 1. A home rule city with more than fifty-two thousand but fewer than sixty-four thousand inhabitants and located within a county with a charter form of government and with more than nine hundred fifty thousand inhabitants shall set and collect reasonable fees in an amount sufficient to maintain any right-of-way or easement located within the city that is primarily utilized by any state agency.
