1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. [1.1425] STATE POEM.
1.6 Subdivision 1. Designation. "Minnesota Blue," written by Keith Haugen in 1985 as
1.7a tribute to the state of Minnesota, is designated as the state poem.
1.8 Subd. 2. Placement. A copy of the poem "Minnesota Blue" must be placed in the
1.9Office of the Secretary of State.
